The Trump administration achieved a significant victory with the arrest of Harpreet Singh, one of India’s most-wanted fugitives, by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in California. Singh, also known as “Happy Passia,” is linked to the Khalistani terrorist group Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) and has ties to Pakistan’s ISI. He is accused of overstaying his visa, committing assault, and planning numerous grenade attacks.
