DALLAS – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has arrested Ramiro Guevara, a 46-year-old Mexican national and illegal alien involved in a 2014 vehicular accident leading to the death of a 13-year-old girl.
Guevara was previously wanted for driving without a license during the incident. Notably, he was neither charged nor served jail time for the girl’s death.
According to ICE Homeland Security Investigations, this arrest highlights the agency’s commitment to identifying and removing criminal aliens that pose a threat to public safety by disregarding U.S. immigration laws.
