Lucem News Editor’s Opinion: India and Pakistan have been fighting on and off since Pakistan was formed in 1947. The conflict is partly religious based. Since both are “nuclear” nations, the whole world is nervous when open aggression starts up again but hopefully cooler heads will prevail.
