His license was previously suspended in June following his conviction of three felonies in Delaware, though he received a pardon in December. Biden had been practicing law in D.C. since 2007. The board recommended that the D.C. Court of Appeals, which oversees attorney discipline cases, approve Biden’s consent to disbarment.
